A native of Spartanburg, Will joined the NAI Earle Furman Greenville office in 2020 as an associate after graduating from Ole Miss with degrees in Real Estate and Managerial Finance. Will works with a highly successful industrial team that includes Grice Hunt and Clay Williams. This team has a wide range of experience in Upstate South Carolina and consistently leads the market in industrial transactions.
Will assists his team with evaluating market research and comparable property analysis for leasing portfolios, as well as identifying sites for vertical development of both owner-occupied buildings and speculative developments. He has proven himself to be a knowledgeable and hardworking representative for clients. His responsiveness, motivation, integrity, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service are key attributes to his success.
