Scope of Experience
Joe joins NAI Mertz as an Executive Vice President focused on the metro Philadelphia capital market. Over his 45 year career in commercial real estate, Joe has been a fixture in greater Philadelphia and southern New Jersey. He has completed deals that have shaped the market and has proudly maintained succcesful relationships with the largest institutional investors in the country.
Background & Experience
Joe joined the Philadelphia office of CB Richard Ellis in 1978 where he was the senior member responsible for the Southern New Jersey real estate services. During his career at CBRE and Newmark Knight Frank, he was responsible for the sale of 52 office buildings, 1,175 acres of land and 575 office building leases exceeding 6 million square feet. He initiated more than $250 million CMBS financing with Cantor Commercial.
