Kathryn works with several brokers to assist with lease administration, portfolio management, deal tracking, marketing materials, contract documentation, and property research.

Background & Experience

Prior to moving to Greenville and joining NAI Earle Furman in 2022, Kathryn had over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in Atlanta with a focus on retail with companies such as Avison Young and The Shopping Center Group (TSCG). She also has commercial construction experience working with a multi-family development/construction company (Wood Partners) as a contract administrator and a general contracting company as an assistant project manager.
