Scott specializes in landlord/tenant representation, buyer representation, land, and investment sales.
Background & Experience
After graduating from the University of Georgia, Scott served as a technical sales representative for the B.F. Goodrich Corporation. In 1995 Scott joined Edens and Avant’s Greenville office as an Office Specialist helping clients with landlord and tenant representation. Buyer representation of commercial assets for investment purposes remains a key area of focus. Scott joined NAI Earle Furman in 1998 and continues to specialize in landlord/tenant representation, buyer representation, land, and investment sales.
In 2003 Scott became an active member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, SIOR. Membership in SIOR emphasizes education, ethics as well as a high level of production.
Scott became a shareholder at NAI Earle Furman in 2012 and teamed with John T. Stathakis CCIM on all projects. Scott’s active participation in the commercial real estate market in the Upstate of S.C. for 28 years has built valuable market knowledge and professional experience.
