Hounen Solar America, Inc. Opens New Manufacturing Operation in Orangeburg

NAI Earle Furman brokers Hal Johnson, SIOR; Hunter Garrett, CCIM, SIOR; John Staunton, SIOR; and Tom Daniel represented the landlord in a five-year lease with Hounen Solar America, Inc. for a 200,720 SF industrial facility at 145 Millennium Drive in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

The facility serves as Hounen Solar‘s first manufacturing operation in the United States. The company announced plans to invest $33 million and create 200 new jobs while manufacturing solar photovoltaic panels at the Orangeburg facility.
