Union, South Carolina: Brian Hammond, Richard Heatly, Alec Moncini, and Scout Hammond of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller in the sale of 370 acres located on Cross Keys Highway to Rogers Group, Inc.

Greenville, South Carolina: Alec Moncini, Brian Hammond, Richard Heatly, and Scout Hammond of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, and Rusty Hamrick of NAI Earle Furman represented the seller of 15.99 acres of land located at Park West Blvd and Scott Drive.

Enoree, South Carolina: Geoff Beans and Jake Scott of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer in the purchase of 8.19 acres of land located at 3890 Cross Anchor Road.

Winston-Salem, North Carolina: Gabe Blevins, Bill Sims, and Will Freeman of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer in the purchase of a 17,160 SF industrial building located at 2841 Lowery Street from MarMac Associates, LLC.

Abbeville, South Carolina: Harrison Morgan of Huff Creek Properties, the timber and recreational land division of NAI Earle Furman, represented the buyer in the purchase of 300 acres of land located on NPA Hwy 184 W.

Greenville, South Carolina: Keith Jones, CCIM, SIOR, McNeil Epps, CCIM, SIOR, and Will Williamson represented the tenant, Palmetto Technology Group, LLC, in leasing 14,500 SF of office space located at 50 International Drive, Suite 200.

Greenville, South Carolina: Keith Jones, CCIM, SIOR, McNeil Epps, CCIM, SIOR, and Will Williamson represented the landlord in leasing 1,420 SF of office space located at 850 S. Pleasantburg Drive, Suite 101, to PrimeTrust Advisors, LLC.
