Piedmont, South Carolina: Jimmy Wright and Jake Scott of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer, H&S Empire II, LLC, in the purchase of an 8,320 SF Family Dollar located at 10 S Piedmont Highway.

Greenville, South Carolina: Geoff Beans, Jake Scott, and Jason Richards of NAI Earle Furman represented the buyer in the purchase of 0.49 acres of land located at 101 S Hudson Street from Hudson BJC, LLC.
