June 2025 – NAI Earle Furman, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm in the Carolinas, recently welcomed three new associates to its Greenville, SC office.
Brennan Stonerock: Associate
Before entering the world of commercial real estate, Brennan served as a certified perfusionist in cardiac surgery operating rooms, where precision and performance were critical. He later transitioned into the medical device industry, working as a sales representative before advancing to Vice President of North American Operations, where he led strategic initiatives and operational growth across the region.
AJ Quartararo: Associate – Furman Capital Advisors Division
After graduating from the University of Mississippi, AJ obtained Series 7 and Series 63 certifications and began working in institutional fixed income sales at Vining Sparks, managing bond portfolios for community banks and credit unions. Later, he transitioned to corporate banking at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, structuring term loans and revolving lines of credit. AJ is part of the Furman Capital Advisors team, focusing on multi-tenant retail sales. Furman Capital Advisors serves as the specialized Investment Services Division of NAI Earle Furman.
Harrison Morgan: Associate – Huff Creek Properties Division
Harrison, a Wofford College graduate and Upstate South Carolina native, brings a lifetime of hands-on land experience to his role as an Associate. Raised on a farm and deeply rooted in the outdoors, he developed a strong work ethic and appreciation for land stewardship through hunting, fishing, and managing rural property. A four-year starter on the Wofford football team, Harrison applies the same discipline and teamwork to his real estate career. He currently manages 1,500 acres of farm and timberland, giving him unique insight into land use, value, and potential.
