NAI Earle Furman Welcomes Two New Hires
NAI Earle Furman, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm in the Carolinas, recently welcomed two new associates to its Spartanburg, SC office.
Michael Tanbonliong II – Senior Associate
Mike Tanbonliong is a Spartanburg native who graduated from high school in 2011 and began building his professional foundation while working at Carolina Country Club for eight years through high school and college. Since entering the commercial real estate industry in 2018, Mike has focused on leasing, sales, and investment transactions across the office, retail, and flex property sectors, with a strong emphasis on building lasting relationships. His work has been recognized with multiple CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deal awards. Outside the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, Katelyn, and their children, Claire and Luke.
Grayson Atkins – Associate
Grayson Atkins joined NAI Earle Furman after 3 years at Spencer/Hines Properties. Before entering real estate, Grayson served as the starting kicker for 5 years while at Furman and UNC, before a short stint with the Indianapolis Colts in 2022. As a native of Boiling Springs, South Carolina, he is very knowledgeable of the market across the Upstate. Grayson enjoys playing golf and going to the beach. He got married to his wife Amelia in March of 2023, and they are expecting their first child in August 2026.
