NAI Earle Furman Welcomes Two New Hires
January 2024 – NAI Earle Furman, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm in the Carolinas, recently welcomed two new team members to their Greenville office.
Crystal Maynard: PM Accountant
Crystal joined the property management division as an accountant in December of 2023. Her role includes handling contributions and distributions for commercial clients and reconciling common area maintenance expenses for multi-tenant properties. Crystal works closely with property managers to provide property tax administration, monthly financial reporting, and a variety of additional accounting services. Prior to joining NAI, Crystal worked as a Consumer Underwriter at Mercantile Bank of Michigan and had over 10 years of experience as a bookkeeper/accountant at RPM Electric and Controls.
Zabriel Edwards: Maintenance Technician
Zabriel joined NAI Earle Furman as a Maintenance Technician in 2023. He supports the property managers by providing in-house maintenance services for properties under management. Zabriel has experience in multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and is EPA certified. Prior to joining NAI Earle Furman, Zabriel was a project manager overseeing the preventative maintenance of HVAC systems across a portfolio of multi-family properties.
