Pet Supplies Plus Establishes Distribution Center in Orangeburg County

NAI Earle Furman brokers Hunter Garrett, CCIM, SIOR; John Staunton, SIOR; Hal Johnson, SIOR; and Tom Daniel represented the landlord in a 10-year lease at 122 Palmetto Commerce Way in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

Pet Supplies Plus selected the facility for a new distribution center that will support the company’s growing distribution capabilities across the Southeast. The project represented a $53 million investment and was expected to create 275 new jobs in Orangeburg County. Located in Shamrock Commerce Park, the new operation became the company’s fourth distribution center in the United States.
