Josh Chegue: Assistant Property Manager

Josh joined NAI Earle Furman as an Assistant Property Manager, bringing a strong background in operations and logistics to the team. A Greenville native, Josh earned his degree in Business Administration from The Citadel, concentrating in Supply Chain Management. Before joining NAI Earle Furman, he worked as an Inbound Supervisor with Southeastern Freight Lines, where he developed valuable skills in coordination, problem-solving, and process efficiency. The NAI Earle Furman’s Property Management team offers a full-service property management program that encompasses a unique, hands-on, results-driven approach to real estate management. With over 125 combined years of experience, their focus on enhancing the value of their ±1,400 tenants’ real estate is achieved through their keen attention to detail. Each property is evaluated on an individual basis, with the result being a management plan that accomplishes the client’s goals and objectives. NAI Earle Furman manages ±300 properties / 21.5 million+ square feet under management in South Carolina and North Carolina.
