UFP Packaging Expands to Gaffney with New Cherokee County Operation

NAI Earle Furman brokers Hunter Garrett, CCIM, SIOR; John Staunton, SIOR; Josh Kenyon; Grice Hunt, SIOR; Clay Williams, SIOR; and Will Coker represented the landlord in the lease of a ±226,968 SF industrial facility at 50 Peachview Boulevard in Gaffney, South Carolina, where UFP Packaging is establishing a new manufacturing operation.

The project represents a $5.31 million investment and is expected to create 136 new jobs in Cherokee County, with operations anticipated to begin in the second quarter of 2027. The facility will manufacture wood packaging products and expand UFP Packaging’s ability to serve industrial customers across the Southeast and beyond.
