November 2026 – NAI Earle Furman, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm in the Carolinas, recently welcomed a new Senior Property Manager to its Greenville, SC office.

Jordan Kowalenko: Senior Property Manager

Jordan Kowalenko started managing properties, including HOAs, single-family homes, retail, industrial, and office, in 2014 for a family-owned business. He shifted gears to a family office with a diverse national portfolio, including but not limited to office, multifamily, and manufactured home parks, exceeding a billion dollars in value. Then, he transitioned to project management while still keeping a foot in property management within a strong retail and industrial portfolio. Jordan did a short stint in the Army, training in intelligence. Once out of the military, he began managing the day-to-day operations of a multifamily property in Anderson, SC, for over a year. He was brought onboard a building products distribution company, where he oversaw 50 sites nationally, including owned and leased spaces. He joined CBRE post-pandemic in 2021, where he managed an array of properties, specializing in industrial for institutional clients, before joining NAI Earle Furman as a senior property manager in 2026.
